Why is it important to stay POSITIVE!

For my first lesson to my blog family…I credit this to my success as much as anything that I have learned through education or experience. From my perspective, this is not an option if you want to be a winner. A positive attitude is easy to preach but much harder to do. You can be positive by nature or by conscious choice. Either way, it is an absolute must!To start off, try walking in to a meeting with a chip on your shoulder to test out what I am saying. Then walk in on a rainy day and say something upbeat. Let me know which gets the better results. It is so important for you to try and be the person that everyone goes to for a smile and encouragement. The worse case scenario is that you will get to be known as a happy person. From my experience employing a positive attitude will help you to be the person that gets the choice assignment or promotion. Enjoy your day.
